2.4 pounds
Woohoo! I've officially lost over 1 pound. Finally. I need to stop watching Biggest Loser where they can lose over 5 pounds in a week. They are working out a lot more than I ever will, and their whole lives are dedicated to losing weight. I am feeling better than I have felt in a lot time. I have more energy (sometimes) and I don't get headaches as often. I am noticing that I feel skinnier too, even though I haven't lost pounds. I must be building muscle since I'm pretty sure I didn't have any muscle before I started. It was all fat! Anyway, this journey has been so fun so far. I really enjoy working out and love the way I feel when I'm sweating and working hard!
