It's time
I officially joined Weight Watchers last night. It's time for me to be serious about losing weight. I'm sick of being the biggest girl when I'm with friends. I tried out my mother-in-law's Weight Watchers last week. I lost 5 pounds in one week. I can totally do this! I gained it back pretty quickly over the weekend, but I wasn't fully committed. Now that I am in it for sure, I know this is going to work. I'm so excited to be doing this. In the week that I've been following their plan, I have realized that I am forced to eat fruits and vegetables. I run out of points pretty quickly, so the only thing left to eat are healthy foods since they don't have points. I really like the plan so far. Especially now that it's summer and there are such good fruits to eat. Yummy. I plan on always having some sort of melon cut up in my fridge.
