Week 2

This week has been amazing! I have worked out every day this week, and I have felt so good. I'm also counting calories now. I have an app on my Ipod that lets me track my calories. It is also a webiste, so I can log onto either one and put in the food I eat. My goal is to eat 1750 calories each day, and I have done it every day since Monday. Yesterday I did this awesome exercise video. I'm kind of a freak for exercise videos, but I love them. This one was walking 4 miles, and it was so much fun. I felt so amazing when I was doing it, and I had so much fun. I think I'm officially addicted to working out! It seems like I'm not losing any weight though. Back in the day when I had a thyroid, I lost 5 pounds in my first week of counting calories. This week I have only lost 0.2 pounds. But I'm not letting it get me down. I love the way I feel and hope that since I'm going to keep doing this, eventually I will lose weight. If not, I'll be having a good talking to with my doctor in April to see if he knows how people without a thyroid can lose weight!
